PURPOSE
To promote a safe working environment for the employees of R. K. Bass Electric, Inc.

PERSONNEL
Includes Project Manager, Foreman, Supervisor, Safety Manager, Human Resources Manager, Project Coordinator and all site
and office Employees. This is to also include the subcontractors of R.K. Bass Electric, Inc.

TRAINING
1. Require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - All employees are required to wear a hardhat and boots, and have an electrical
circuit tester and safety glasses on them at all times. All employees must have a set of gloves available when necessary.
This is required of all R.K. Bass Electric, Inc.'s employees and they have signed and agreed to this.
2. Weekly Safety Meetings - Each week the Safety Manager distributes the topic and the training material to the Foremen
and the Supervisors. Topics will include, but not be limited to ladder safety, moving equipment, First Aid, MSDS, electrical
safety, heavy lifting, hand tools, personal protective equipment, temporary power, lock out tag out, vehicle safety, and confined
space procedures. Documentation of the Safety Meetings will be kept in the Safety Manager's office.
3. Special Safety Sessions (as needed)- This includes any type of training that involves an outside Safety Consultant.
4. Onsite Safety Equipment - This includes any safety equipment purchased for the use of the project. For example a Lock
Out Tag Out Kit and First Aid specifically purchased for this project.
5. Site cleanliness - We will keep our material and tools in a clean and orderly fashion so that they will not become
a hindrance to the construction of the building or to other contractors. We would expect the same from other contractors.
