Robert Bass is the CEO and is married to Cheryl who is the CFO, they have three children Alex, Andy, and Josh. Alex is married to Dawn and they have one child and expecting a girl in February.

Robert has over 28 years of experience in the electrical industry. He is considered by many to be an expert in this field, and is licensed and certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations as a Master Electrician in the state of Texas. Robert has owned and operated R.K. Bass Electric, Inc. since its creation in 1985. Robert has, and continues to create great relationships with the General Contractors in this area. As the CEO, President he is involved in all the daily operations of the business. He is also the essential element in sending the companies vision and mission statements to the workforce and the community.

Robert is a member of the Belton, Killeen, and Harker Heights (President in 1992), Chamber of Commerce. He now sits on the board for the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of The Kiwanis Club (President in 1992) and a member of Independent Electrical Contractors in which he serves on the IEC National Governmental Affairs Board, and several other trade affiliates.
